Move from anger, confusion, and being overwhelmed to a place of calm, focus, and connection so that you can have a better relationship with your kids AND your ex. Through my 5-step process, I will work with you to help you find the ways that will get you, and your kids, from feeling awful to elated. You will be in a much better place to help yourself and your kids feel great!
Sit in the muck
Open up to creating change in your life. Process your current situation mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Identify your vision
How do you want life to look and feel for you and your kid(s) in 6 months, 1 year, 3 years?
Explore the how
Investigate what new habits could positively support you and your family.
Practice
New actions, with practice, will become habits that lead to Confident Coparenting™.
Review and reward
Assess your goals and how far you have come to reach them. Make sure rewards for you and your kid(s) are part of your life.
